Step back into time nearly 140 years and experience the beauty of the late 1800’s in this Lovely BED & BREAKFAST INN located directly on the Strip just across the street from Lake Erie in the First Resort Village in Ohio known as Geneva-On-The-Lake. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, the Inn has been restored by the owner, Jerry Busch, to its nearly original state, including all original woodwork, yet offers modern conveniences such as heat, air-conditioning, gas fireplaces, and Color Cable Television in every room. Steeped in tradition, our Guests may enjoy the cozy, laid back, elegantly functional atmosphere while sitting on white wicker cushioned chairs & rockers or porch swing on our wrap-around front porch. Take in the star-filled nights, watch the magnificent Lake Erie Sunsets, or take a cool swim at our beautiful State Park Beach. Sip a cold beverage, or your favorite Wine from one of our many local Wineries. Who knows, you may even be entertained on the porch by our resident musician, Jerry Busch! Now, if a bit more rustic atmosphere is to your liking, our pretty (heated) Cottages offer a large private courtyard for couples and/or small family gatherings. Further, we now have a one Bedroom Suite with slight view of Lake Erie along with a two Bedroom Suite overlooking the Strip -which may be combined as a 4-Bedroom 2-Bathroom home.  A large parking area is available for your jet ski or boat, or you may wish to dock at our beautiful State Park Marina -Just tell the Dock Master that Jerry & Lu from Eagle Cliff Inn sent You!

As the morning begins, Bed & Breakfast Guests may enjoy in the parlor, or on the wrap-around front porch, a homemade hot baked breakfast entree & meats served with fresh fruit, home-baked breads and/or muffins, juices, coffee & teas (unfortunately due to seating capacity in the Inn, our Cottages and Suites offer their own kitchens, thus unable to provide breakfast for guests reserving them. As the day moves forward, guests may enjoy a quiet walk to the Geneva Township Park, State Park Marina or take a ride through the County to observe the many beautiful Wineries, Historic Covered Bridges and Antique Shops in which Ashtabula County is so famed. If driving is not your forte, you may wish to take a tour of the many local Wineries and let our local Winery transportation service(s) do the driving.  The Inn Keepers, at your request, may arrange for Dinner Reservations and/or Winery Tours).  However, if your desire is to just lounge around on the front porch, or in front of a warm fire in the parlor or sitting area, a good book always suits the day.  Oh, and don’t forget to wind down your afternoon or evening while enjoying one of Lu’s homemade brownies, Aunt Teresa’s Pumpkin Bread, or Aunt Sharon’s Lazy Dazy Oatmeal Cake!
